Novamem offers high quality flat sheet membranes, which are produced from a wide variety of polymers. Our membranes offer a great throughput combined with an extremely well defined pore size distribution and are thus your material of choice in separation. Novamem offers standard membranes made from PEEK, PVDF or PES. These are available in standard cut sizes such as 25 or 47 mm discs or even as Spea Cell CF cut. We also produce other cut sizes upon request. Do you have another specific polymer in mind? Our patented template process allows us to produce flat sheet membranes also from your desired plastics. Flat Sheet Membranes made with nanotechnology

Novamem is the first company to use the state-of-the-art nanotechnology to produce ultra- and microfiltration flat sheet membranes. Our freestanding membranes come with high flux rates at unrivaled sample recovery. Novamem ready-to-use membranes are drying resistant and contain no wetting agents. Say goodbye to excessive membrane pretreatment and unwanted sample contamination.

Our patented template process allows us to produce also thin film composite (TFC) membranes. There, the dense polymer film fulfills the desired separation. TFC membranes are applied in gas separation and reversed osmosis amongst others. The properties of the dense film enhance the separation for specific gases or components. Mostly, polyamide or polyimide are used as a separation layer but also other polymers can be applied. With our technology, we produce a stable backbone for the thin film.
